Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products to support their financial success.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Meet monthly new account production targets as assigned.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Process deposits, issue receipts, and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and guard against counterfeit items.
• Enter transactions into computer systems and issue receipts.
• Perform duties ensuring attendance and punctuality.
