Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required to serve a diverse customer base.
• Basic cash handling and transaction processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle cash in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Aim to meet monthly new account production targets.
• Prospect for sales opportunities in-store and cross-sell services.
• Process deposits and payouts accurately and balance daily transactions.
• Handle cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Ensure security by spotting counterfeit items and verifying IDs.
• Enter transactions into the computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier\'s checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to customers.
• Serve Spanish-speaking customers and a diverse client base.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Work within authority-based approval limits.
