Job summary

FNBT is seeking a customer service driven Bank Teller to join our Texas branch. You will handle cash receipts and payments, process deposits, and issue receipts while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment.

You will evaluate customer needs, cross-sell bank services, and assist a diverse clientele including Spanish-speaking customers. Flexibility to work various shifts and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule incl. evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must pass background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process cash and checks, issue receipts and records.
• Process deposits and payouts accurately and balance daily transactions.
• Recommend bank products and services to customers.
• Cross-sell bank services and assist a diverse customer base.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and prevent counterfeit items.
