Job summary

FNBT is seeking a Teller to provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume branch. You will handle cash, process deposits, and sell bank products while supporting a diverse customer base including Spanish speakers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual communication in Spanish and English, and 6 months of retail or customer service experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, high school equivalency or currently attending high school.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and accounts to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies under supervisor direction and balance daily transactions.
• Process deposits, cash handling, and verify endorsements and accuracy of amounts.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, bank wires, and certificates of deposit.
• Cross-sell bank services and assist diverse customers, including Spanish speakers.
• Maintain regular attendance and operate computer systems and office equipment.
