PNC Lago Vista Branch in Lago Vista, TX seeks a personable Personal Banker to grow the customer base and deepen relationships through proactive sales and exemplary service. Qualifications

• Typically requires an Associates or equivalent degree with 3+ years experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Spanish language ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process with outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and education on managing financial transactions using technology.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and ensuring branch operations are efficient and accurate.
