Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and drive new revenue.
• Drives proactive sales conversations via outbound calls, service-to-sales, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Uses product knowledge to address customer problems and promote PNC solutions.
