Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions and appointment setting.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share through a differentiated customer experience and by educating customers on options leveraging technology.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and participating in branch daily operations.
