• Drives proactive sales conversations using a defined process, including outbound calls and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty by differentiating the customer experience and positioning PNC products to meet needs.
• Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Adheres to policies, demonstrates sound judgment, and participates in daily branch operations.
