PNC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver excellent customer service and grow the branch's customer base. Based at Preston Campbell, you will engage clients in person and via calls, offering PNC solutions to improve financial wellbeing.

The role requires 3+ years in banking, strong communication, and the ability to work with ecosystem partners. Bilingual Spanish preferred. In-office environment with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in banking or related field.
• Associates degree or equivalent; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual, Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet by educating customers on options and positioning PNC solutions.
• Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures and supports branch daily operations.
