Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations using a defined sales process including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by providing differentiated experiences.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and drive loyalty.
• Maintain risk controls by adhering to policies and procedures.
