Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, high school equivalency or currently attending high school.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to pass background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service under supervision in a high volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Aim for monthly new account production targets as assigned by management.
• Participate in in-store prospecting within the sales environment.
• Process deposits and cash transactions accurately and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit checks and misidentifications.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts, including money orders and wires.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers.
