Job summary

DAP Health is seeking a Board-Certified physician (MD/DO) to provide primary care for pediatric patients under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer. The role includes supervising mid-level providers, maintaining comprehensive medical records, and contributing to quality improvement and the PCMH program in a diverse, multilingual community.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic degree (MD/DO).
• Licensed Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in California.
• Board certification in a Primary Care discipline (Family/Internal/Pediatrics).
• Current CPR certification on file with HR; must be AHA CPR compliant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care under CMO supervision and supervise mid-levels and clinical staff.
• Provide preventive care and health maintenance for pediatric patients.
• Perform examinations, diagnose illnesses, provide treatment plans and counseling.
• Maintain confidential medical records per protocols and ICD-10 coding.
• Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and internal audits.
• Contribute to PCMH program and culturally/linguistically sensitive care.
