Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a bilingual Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an outpatient, on-site role in Hawthorne, CA. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 with no after-hours calls.

The position offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement options. California medical license required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate licensure).
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to serving diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours with no after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with medical staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize EHR for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents on child development, nutrition, and preventive health strategies.
