Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Bilingual Therapy Client Services Coordinator for its pediatric home health team in Addison, TX. Responsibilities

• Enter therapy referrals into software within 24 hours of referral.
• Maintain the waiting list with accurate contact information and wait times.
• Update internal staff on referral status and progress.
• Communicate with potential referrals about waiting lists.
• Coordinate services with referrals once evaluations can begin.
• Coordinate with field therapists when new referrals are available in their area.
• Coordinate with therapy leadership to schedule services for optimal productivity.
