Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a dedicated pediatric Physical Therapist to join our mission-driven team serving Texas families in home-based settings. You will evaluate children, design and implement treatment plans, and partner with caregivers to build effective home programs.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas PT license, bring an innovative, reliable approach, and can adapt to shifting priorities while using standard tech tools. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Active Texas Physical Therapy license required.
Innovative mindset with a track record of reliability.
Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needs change.
Proficient with common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive pediatric PT evaluations using standardized tests.
Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
Coordinate care with other providers and team members.
Meet weekly visit targets and complete chart updates and logs on schedule.
Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulations.
