Job summary

Compass Connections seeks an experienced RN leader to supervise medical staff at our Harlingen facility in Texas. You will ensure nursing duties align with state and federal standards, manage staffing, and implement medical service plans for our youth in care.

The role requires a TX RN license, 5+ years as a registered nurse with 2+ years in management, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to support diverse populations. On-site schedule 8am-5pm Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Texas.
• BLS certification; PALS preferred; CPR/First Aid.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee site medical staff and ensure nursing duties meet regulatory standards.
• Develop medical clinic staffing schedules and address staffing gaps.
• Train medical staff on CPR, First Aid, BLS, and HIPAA compliance.
