Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 1+ years payroll, accounting, or clerical experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP / Viewpoint Vista); strong Excel skills.
• Payroll certification (FPC or CPP) a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly payroll for field crews, tracking time by crew.
• Review and edit timekeeping entries for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records and file maintenance in payroll system.
• Track and reconcile employees’ leave balances.
• Maintain child support and garnishment records; process related payments.
• Maintain certified payroll and prevailing wage documentation as required.
• Adhere to weekly payroll processing cutoff and deadlines.
• Support additional payroll and administrative tasks as assigned.
