The ideal candidate is bilingual Spanish/English and brings strong ADP Workforce Now expertise to ensure accurate, timely processing.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations, supervise payroll tax filings and year-end processing, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees.
• Restaurant industry payroll experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Advanced ADP Workforce Now payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll processing for 500+ employees across locations and states.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws and payroll tax regulations.
• Oversee payroll tax filings, reconciliations, quarter-end and year-end processing, deductions, garnishments, benefits, and wage assignments.
• Review, audit, and process meal and rest period premium payments and labor compliance-related items.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute payroll reports for HR, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership.
• Support internal and external payroll audits and drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency.
