Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients professionally while respecting privacy.

• Scan documents into patient charts in a timely manner.
• Post copays and perform basic cash handling.
• Query for patient financial records and PHI requests.
• Assist with medical records when needed.
