National Spine & Pain Centers in Longwood, FL is seeking a Full-Time Patient Service Coordinator to join our team of professionals. This role handles patient check-in/out, demographics, insurance data, and coordination with providers.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of administrative medical office experience, EMR familiarity, and bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. Authorized to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of administrative medical office experience.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is required.
• Experience in Pain Management, Regenerative Medicine, or Orthopedics is strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Background check including driving, criminal, employment references, education and SSN is satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient check in/out procedures, entering demographic/insurance information into an EMR system and collecting copays/balances.
• Coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and providers to maintain demographics and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Prepare charts for upcoming appointments and process medical records requests efficiently.
