Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred
• 1+ year customer service or phone operator experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Welcomes all patients and visitors in the lobby and directs them to appropriate areas
• Handles high-volume inbound calls and transfers to correct departments
• Retrieves and relays information using staff directory and EMR systems
• Provides general information about locations, hours, and services
• Coordinates with Security for safety and patient flow
