- Experience in call center management, patient outreach, and reputation management.
- 4+ years in patient experience, customer service, call center, or healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage multi-channel patient interactions to ensure exceptional service.
- Oversee after-hours calls and ensure timely resolution by providers or staff.
- Lead outbound outreach campaigns (AWVs, follow-ups, reminders) and track KPIs.
- Manage online reputation across Google, social media, and review platforms.
