O'Reilly Auto Parts in Albany, GA is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high level service to retail and installer customers and assist store management with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store at the same time.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installer service staff as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with stock updates, planogram changes, and freight receipt.
• Operate store equipment after training and company requirements.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
