The role covers greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing transactions, handling returns, and participating in daily store operations and trainings. The position emphasizes customer care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE certification is preferred.
• Familiar with automotive parts and cataloging systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selections.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions per policy; handle returns.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store operations, stocking, planogram updates, and inventory tasks.
• Operate brake lathe and other test equipment after training.
