Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers promptly in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in merchandise selection
• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and policies
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers
• Answer store calls per policy, look up parts, quote prices, and suggest related items
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company procedures
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions (cash, checks, credit) and perform stock/planogram tasks
