• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and serve professional customers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints amicably.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, including freight receival and stocking shelves.
• Perform daily store operations and inventory tasks as needed.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate.
