As a Parts Sales Manager, you will drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service while overseeing inventory, merchandising, and timely deliveries within our automotive retail

Qualifications

• Leadership required to supervise, train and develop a high-performing team.
• Flexible schedule with full-time availability, mornings/nights/weekends/overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise store staff, training and developing a motivated team.
• Drive sales targets, manage inventory and merchandising, and oversee returns.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance and uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet customer needs and deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while adhering to policies.
