Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a high-performing store team, training and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Work with staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Drive sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety practices, and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts and timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.
