Qualifications

• Leadership and decision‑making with integrity.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Automotive retail experience preferred.
• ASE Certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing high‑performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets.
• Enforce PPE and uphold safety standards and compliance.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet delivery needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
