AutoZone’s Store Management team leads sales performance and delivers WOW! Customer Service while managing store operations with excellence. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will drive results, mentor a high‑performing team, and ensure timely deliveries to support commercial accounts.

You will help supervise, train, and motivate staff, uphold safety standards, and maintain inventory accuracy to achieve targets in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• ASE Certification required in automotive field.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
