Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company’s 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
• Desirable: Familiar with automotive parts.
• Desirable: Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Desirable: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete inspections.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and money secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or special needs from customers to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damage to the store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicle secured at end of day.
• Clock in/out per company policy.
• Assist with customer service, stocking, merchandising, or other duties as assigned.
