Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate and maintain store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and manage COD collections. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and should be able to handle returns and daily vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities include using handheld devices, securing assets, collaborating with store management, and providing reliable service while supporting merchandising and general duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Experience operating fleet devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers using company vehicles.
• Process deliveries with handheld devices and obtain customer signatures.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform daily inspections.
• Secure keys, fuel cards, devices and money collected.
• Collect returns and prepare driver return slips.
• Report issues to store management.
• Ensure fuel tank is full and secure vehicle at day end.
• Clock in/out per policy.
• Assist customers or cashier when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
