O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Alma, AR to operate store vehicles, deliver parts, collect COD payments, and handle customer returns. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are highly valued. You will keep vehicles clean, secure, and report any maintenance needs to management.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries with handheld devices, handling merchandise, and providing customer service while maintaining safety standards in daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Driving record must meet company standard.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Able to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Process deliveries and capture customer signatures using handheld devices.
• Keep delivery vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and funds secure.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance needs and report issues to management.
• Assist with returns and other duties as needed.
• Provide customer service and cashiering as required.
