O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Camden, AR to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. The role includes processing COD deliveries, collecting payments, and handling customer returns. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position supports general store duties and customer service as needed. The successful candidate will maintain vehicles, use fleet devices, and coordinate with store management on deliveries and returns.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers using company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries and capture customer signatures using hand-held devices.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean and maintained.
• Secure all monies, keys, fuel/fleet cards, and devices at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Coordinate with store management to resolve delivery issues and special requests.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the store manager.
• Assist customers as needed, including cashier duties and merchandising tasks.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
