Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. The role includes handling COD deliveries, collecting payments, and processing returns with handheld devices.

Candidates who are bilingual (Spanish) are encouraged to apply. You will assist with customer service, merchandising, and stock duties as needed to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Familiar with automotive parts and related terminology.
• Ability to operate delivery devices and process deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products safely.
• Process deliveries and collect signatures with handheld devices.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards and monies at all times.
• Return customer orders and assist with core returns as needed.
• Escalate issues to store management and assist customers.
• Clock in/out per policy; support cashier/merchandising tasks when needed.
