O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect monies on COD deliveries. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will work to keep vehicles, devices, and money secure throughout daily operations.

Role requires safe driving, accurate use of handheld devices, and timely communication with store management regarding customer needs and vehicle status.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries with hand-held devices, capture signatures, and update vehicle mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean and inspected; secure keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slip.
• Communicate problems or special needs from customers to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or accidents to management.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and secure vehicle at end of day.
• Clock in/out per policy; assist customers when needed.
