ACH Child and Family Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a friendly receptionist to deliver excellent customer service and support daily operations. The role involves welcoming program participants, routing calls, and maintaining electronic documents in the client database.
The position requires a High School diploma and bilingual abilities, with at least one year of receptionist experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication to project a warm, welcoming and professional environment respecting service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics. Facilitate effective communication between program participants and staff whether in-person, on the phone, or in writing. Work with the full time receptionist to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide additional support to daily operations as directed by Evaluation Manager.
Education: High School required. Bilingual required.
Experience: One year of receptionist experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Prior database entry experience preferred.
Visible and open environment with frequent interaction with program participants and staff. Sitting for long periods of time at computer, receive and return phone calls. Lifting files and office supplies required, up to 25 pounds.
