Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; two years' experience with children and families preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required (read/write/speak).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and conduct home visitations for families identified as at risk.
• Maintain flexible schedule, including evenings.
• Utilize Circle of Security and Positive Parenting Program curricula in visits.
• Provide age-appropriate home-based parenting education on child development and health.
• Assist families to identify and access community resources; provide referrals and advocacy.
• Maintain and update family records; develop strength-based service plans.
