Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in wraparound or family support services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide education, advocacy, crisis intervention, case management, rehabilitation, and other therapeutic services to families in the community.
• Coordinate with wraparound team members and community partners to support treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate case records per Medi-Cal requirements and organizational policies.
