Foley Hoag in Washington, DC is seeking a bilingual Paralegal for its International Litigation and Arbitration Department (ILAD). The role requires on-site presence three days per week, typically Tuesday–Thursday.

The ideal candidate will manage case files, perform basic legal research, assist with filings, review translations, and collaborate with attorneys on case teams. A Bachelor's degree is required; paralegal experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage case files (evidence, court and arbitration filings).
• Conduct factual and basic legal research.
• Prepare and submit filings to courts and dispute resolution institutions.
• Work closely with attorneys on case teams to develop and litigate or arbitrate cases.
• Review documents for importance and relevance to the case.
• Review translations for accuracy.
• Occasional research in the field.
• Provide support during hearings and meetings (locally and abroad).
