Qualifications

• 1+ year of legal assistant or paralegal experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required, strong written and verbal communication.
• Litigation support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with current and prospective clients.
• Prepare, organize, and file pleadings, correspondence, exhibits, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation.
• Maintain accurate case files, databases, calendars, and internal records.
• Prepare witness materials and organize documents for attorney review.
• Assist with deposition preparation, scheduling, attendance, and exhibit organization.
• Prepare and file court documents while ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate appointments, calendars, and case-related activities.
• Support attorneys and the litigation team with additional administrative and legal tasks.
