Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able, with or without accommodation, to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees: must have a 'meets expectations' rating and completed required HR Cloud eLearning.
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in deliveries when needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
