Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is recruiting a Part-Time Store Associate to support our Los Angeles store. You will assist customers with product selection, process sales transactions, and help maintain displays. The role includes tinting/mixing products and supporting deliveries as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualified candidates read, write, and speak English and Spanish, are at least 18, and can lift up to 50 lbs with occasional 70 lb loads. Weekend/evening hours are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read/write/communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and meet sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, diagnose needs, and present products.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels.
• Assist with deliveries as needed and load/unload trucks.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
