Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support store operations at Store #1231 in Perrysburg, OH. You will help customers identify needs, recommend products, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining product presentation and store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain precise work order files and inventory records
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
