Qualifications

• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Sherwin-Williams internal: meets expectations rating and HR Cloud courses completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable condition of assigned areas.
