Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to support customers at stores within a 15-mile radius of Bellevue, WA. You will help customers find products, answer questions, and process transactions while aiming to meet monthly sales goals.

Bilingual English/Spanish required; responsibilities include stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and assisting with deliveries as needed. This role requires lifting up to 70 lbs and some evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, speak English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and handle materials from shelves.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to in-store and phone customers.
• Assist customers in identifying needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Maintain stock levels and tidy displays.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Assist with deliveries and unload/load as needed.
• Keep work area and records organized and up to date.
