Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking Customer Service Specialists who work with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions while maintaining high quality and visual standards and meeting store sales goals.

The role covers three stores: Home Store #703630 in Richmond, Store 2 #705098 in Midlothian, and Store 3 #721113 in Chesterfield.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally; job may require standing and walking.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance and HR requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintain accurate work order files and stock records.
Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products per customer specs.
Support delivery and unloading as needed; assist with deliveries.
Maintain clean, organized store areas and equipment.
