Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist at Store #5462, Queensbury, NY. You will assist customers, process sales, and stock shelves while ensuring a high quality store appearance.

You will engage with customers in English and Spanish, handle cash, and support local sales goals in a fast-paced environment. The role involves lifting and occasional deliveries, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: standard performance rating and HR training completed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to retail and wholesale customers.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
• Maintain stock, pull products from floor/warehouse, and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Keep work areas clean and inventory under control.
• Contribute to sales goals and customer satisfaction.
