Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Boulder, CO to assist customers with product needs, answer questions, and promote solutions. This full-time role involves handling sales, inventory, tinting, and deliveries to ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Support sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and price formulas.
• Retrieve products from floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment and keep areas tidy.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and discuss product options.
