Job summary

State Farm agency in Norcross, GA is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Agent (Bilingual, P&C Licensed). Fluency in English and another language (Spanish, Portuguese, or Vietnamese) is required to connect with diverse communities and grow client relationships in property and casualty insurance.

You will develop leads, assess needs, explain policies, and deliver superior service while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Fluency in English and one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, or Vietnamese.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred; inside or outside sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify leads through proactive outreach, scheduling appointments, and diligent follow-up.
• Assess customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and coverage options.
• Clearly explain insurance policies and coverage details to help customers make informed decisions.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Market and sell State Farm insurance products, focusing on property and casualty policies.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service during all client interactions.
• Assist with policy servicing, including changes, transfers, billing, and claims support.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
